The Packers say goodbye to Jordy Nelson, but was it the right move?

The Green Bay Packers are built on tradition and it's what they have been known for around the NFL. They have also been known for being loyal to their players, even Brett Favre after he left for a division rival towards the end of his career.
Jordy Nelson was the epitome of a legend in the Packers green and gold, spending 11 seasons catching 550 passes for nearly 8,000 yards and 69 touchdowns.

Aaron Rodgers sent out a heartfelt message on Instagram:

Green Bay parted ways with Nelson after ten awesome seasons that were marred by injuries the last 3, but it doesn't sit well with some fans and myself included.

Jimmy Graham is on his way in with a 3-year deal and he may be Rodgers new favorite target, but he doesn't have the speed or impact that Nelson can bring to the team. Graham will definitely be a red zone threat and mismatch for linebackers, but Nelson is a better route runner, deep threat that would've been a weapon Rodgers was accustomed to having.

Don't get me wrong on this write-up, I love Graham but I think they could have worked it out to have both on the team, but if you are replacing Graham for Nelson it's a mistake.

Aaron Rodgers has to get acclumated to a new receiver and don't get me wrong, this could be a huge plus, even though he may be down Randall Cobb as well.
