LeBron James and the Cavaliers are ten games over .500 and at this point who knows how they will end up. I don't know if it's the distraction of the LeBron maybe leaving, Tyronn Lue coaching or the chemistry is just that bad. Whatever the case may be the Cavs front office should get the bulk of the blame, because letting one player dictate who and what he wants around him is a sure shot failure.
LeBron has been a major selling point no matter where he's played, but when will these GM's/President's learn you get paid to put a team together, which ultimately determine their success.
In light of LeBron returning home, sometimes it's not the best thing to do, because distractions can cloud anyone's point of view and put your entire organization's future in jeopardy.
Yes LeBron is the best player in the game of basketball and he needs a strong roster to play to his talent level. This rant goes out to Los Angeles, San Antonio, Houston Philadelphia, or whomever he should choose, please have a system in place so your team won't spend 10 years to rebuild. If you have a strong office put the pieces in place for pre-LeBron and post-LeBron.
If you don't plan to set your team up for a spending spree don't pursue LeBron, because a bad roster can hurt your fans, pockets and the integrity of the game.
